Real-time monitoring system for quality monitoring of jujube slice during drying process

The real-time monitoring and prediction system for quality attributes of jujube slices during the drying process was designed to solve problem destructive inconvenient traditional detection method realize online monitoring. Firstly, machine vision automatic weighing were employed monitor color moisture content changes in real-time. Secondly, correlation models between parameter (a* value) nutritional (vitamin C, reducing sugar) established predict vitamin C sugar process. Finally, upper computer software integrated based on LABVIEW virtual instrument, tested validated.
